This intimately-scaled exhibition displays a selection of paintings, watercolours and prints drawn from the Grimwade collection by artists including William Strutt, John Skinner Prout, Louis Buvelot and Arthur Boyd.

A special feature is a suite of fourteen engravings from Absalom West’s 1812–14 publication Views in New South Wales. These rare prints show detailed views of the environment around Sydney during European settlement.

The Potter acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional owners of the land on which we work and create. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.
