Linda Tegg: Open studio - Ian Potter Museum of Art

Linda Tegg: Open studio

13 Dec 2018 — 15 Dec 2018

In 2017 Linda Tegg participated in the School of Geography’s inaugural Artist in Residence Program, launched in association with the Ian Potter Museum of Art. The program enables visual artists to explore themes researched in the School of Geography. During her residency, the artist accompanied students on a research trip to East Timor and engaged in extensive cross-disciplinary conversation with lecturers and students.

In this three-day open studio, the Potter presents a window into Tegg’s year-long investigations into the practice of looking, a series of experimental works that seek to make visible the systems and structures through which we orient and find meaning in the world.
